• ✓ Complete accepted work orders with peak professional craftsmanship and care.
• ✓ Keep valid national identity verification (KYC) files active on the system.
• ✓ Safeguard homeowner property boundaries, personal routines, and workspace privacy.
• ✓ Deliver all contracted handyman services strictly within original timeline specs.

SureHand isolates all customer job deposits within an untamperable escrow environment until the hired expert finishes the work and the customer validates completion.

• → Escrow payouts trigger automatically once system validation rules match.
• → Disputed balances get frozen temporarily pending support team analysis.
• → Refund processing depends fully on platform policy audits and tracking logs.
